Our first task was to understand the overall value proposition for Birdbrains. We have shifted to this method on all of our projects to focus on what the true outcome is for the primary audience, from here we can begin to truly tell a compelling story.

Birdbrains were developing a series of products which would leverage emerging technologies and needed help developing branding and stories for each vertical.

There were four verticals for Birdbrains - Birdcall (Efficient call routing through AI), Sentinal (Property Services technology), Canary (Identifying AI for transparency) and Secure-IT (The Lab developing the Birdbrains tech)

We developed websites for each vertical, focusing on value proposition and what the outcomes were for each solution and began to weave visual stories around that to give context, which would relate to audiences pain-points.

There was a deep understanding of each sales flow and how we would facilitate the cycle, making sure that key offerings were clear and upfront, while validation and proof points would be the next level always driving to have a conversation.

For Birdcall we had a secret weapon for conversion. We could show actual conversation recording of their product offering going beyond the screen shots for product but showcasing live demos.

For Birdcall we completely reworked marketing and sales decks which simplified their value proposition, showing the features of their product offering with actual outcomes.

We showed how we help their customers to either save or make money without distractions of over explaining the product. This resulted in huge interest in the product because the numbers were so compelling.
